Dr Arpit Sharma at the Department of ENT, Hinduja Hospital, in association with AOI Mumbai branch, successfully conducted the World Voice Day CME at Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai, with interactive sessions and lectures under the guidance of Dr Milind Kirtane and Dr Nupur Kapoor Nerurkar. The gathering was well attended, with over 100 delegates.

As part of World Voice Day celebrations, an awareness programme featured two talks. The main talk, on the evolution of the singing voice of playback singer P. Jayachandran, was delivered by Dr Jayakumar R. Menon, with an introduction on the importance of voice, the origin of World Voice Day, and the year’s theme.

Akola

GMC Akola, in association with AOI Vidarbha, conducted a CME on the occasion of World Voice Day, including live surgical demonstration, lectures, and a hands-on cadaver dissection workshop. Faculty included Dr Devendra Mahore (Professor and HOD, GMC Nagpur), Dr Bhagyashree Bokare (Professor and HOD, GMC Akola), and Dr Gauri Kapre (Neeti Clinics, Nagpur).
